Warranty & Return Policy

All products sold by Universal Remarketing come with our no fuss 30 day return to base warranty. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your order we will be happy to arrange a repair, replacement for you.

Return to Base Definition: Customer returns product to Universal at own charge, Universal Remarketing will cover freight costs for despatch of your replacement goods.

In some cases items will also still be covered under initial Manufacturer warranty for longer than our 30 days offered. In this case warranty needs to be arranged directly with the Manufacturer. Please contact us for further assistance in these cases.
